There is a pretty good chunk of truth to Walmarts new slogan ” Save Money. Live Better”. It still promotes unrealistic cheap, mass consumption but they almost have it.
What a good friend of ours puts it well ” Spend Less. Live Better “
Most of us spend our days working to pay for all the things that engulf our life. Some are necessary and some really are not. When our costs our lower. Work, Jobs, will not consume all our time. Less stress , and more time for whatever passions you have stirring. This is if your work does keep you from these things.
We seem to have lost touch with the value of a dollar. Lost perpective.
Cell phone bills can be up to $150.00 a month. Every mile we drive costs us more than we could imagine. Parking. Tickets. Cable Bills. Internet Bills. That $5.00 Cup of Coffee every morning.
We work many days to pay for these. There is no way around it. Its is crazy.
There is no proper way to deal with these expenses, distractions, and consuming factors. Maybe try and cut em down, Simplify. If you can, why not. It doesn’t cost anything.
Always ask yourself, is this a need or a want. They are hard to see but the best things in life really are free.

glad to see more in the anti-walmart revolution!
good ol’ walmart just laid off 11,000 people country wide to “outsourse” these jobs. awesome. yet another reason to not shop there. all the greening they’re doing…which is good…doesn’t mean squat if the human aspect of the company isn’t there.
